
Shipping and Refund Policy
With purchase of chosen artwork, there is a 7-10 day window for processing orders and notification of shipping information. If a special request is needed for processing and shipping, please reach out and contact Studionorthmn@gmail.com to discuss expediting orders.
Art is something to be loved and I want each purchased piece to be loved and right for you! If you are not in love with your purchase and you are not completely happy and thrilled
with your purchase you may notify me within 5 days of purchase for a full refund of your original artwork. The artwork must be returned unharmed in original packaging and shipping for a full refund.
Upon return of purchased artwork, a refund will be provided once the piece is evaluated that no damage or alteration have occurred. Please allow 3-5 days for full refund to credited back on your credit or debit card.
If you are not completely happy with your original purchased artwork, you will be responsible to cover for the returned shipping cost. The cost of shipping will not be refunded, only the original cost of the artwork will be refunded. A tracking link must also be submitted with notification of returning original piece of artwork.
Replica prints are not refundable. If your replica print comes damaged, please reach out to Studionorthmn@gmail.com.
